Scope of work

Every project begins with a written scope listing exactly what is included, the fixed price, and the expected timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only started after you approve it in writing.

Payment

Build cost is a one-time charge. Payment is typically split between project approval and launch. We do not take a large advance before you have seen work.

Domain and hosting renewals are paid directly to those providers and are not GrabAdda revenue. Current typical ranges are ₹800–₹1,200 per year for a domain and ₹2,000–₹4,000 per year for small business hosting.

Ownership

You own your domain, hosting account, content and the website code. All accounts are registered in your name with your email address, and every login is handed over at project close. There is no handover fee.

Your responsibilities

You provide the content, images, logo and business information needed to build the site, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Delays in providing content shift the delivery date, and we will tell you when that happens.

Revisions and support

Two rounds of design revisions are included. Support periods are one month on Starter, two on Business and three on Growth, covering content edits and fixes — not new features or redesigns.

Search rankings

We do not and cannot guarantee specific search positions or ranking timelines. Search engines control their own algorithms. We guarantee the work described in your scope, which is verifiable by you at any time.

Cancellation

You can stop a project at any point. You pay for work completed to that date and we hand over everything produced so far. There is no lock-in and no cancellation penalty on ongoing SEO or maintenance.

Limitation of liability

Our liability on any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and we are not responsible for third-party outages including hosting, domain registrars or Google services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
