What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, business name, phone number, email address, city and message you choose to give us. We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity documents or passwords.

We also collect standard analytics data — pages visited, approximate location, device type and referring source — through Google Analytics. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to contact you about the service you asked about and to prepare a quote. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

Where it is stored

Enquiry submissions are stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to the GrabAdda team, and a copy is emailed to us. Analytics data is held by Google under their own privacy terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share enquiry details with third parties except where required to deliver the service you requested — for example, a hosting provider when we register a domain in your name.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship, and reviewed periodically after that. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will do so within seven working days.

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block or delete these through your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond within seven working days.
